Goodness, I clearly forgot that i got trial run on next Thursday and Friday. Even went to ask Si Yan to book me before too late. Sigh! Look like have to postpone to the next X3 week.

Basically it is not a rot-at-home day. Had made my day useful by being a baker. YES! That's Right! I baked small cup-cake and big cup-cake yesterday!
Early morning, sister woke me up by saying the flour that you bought going to expire. I was still in sleeping mode at that time. I went to kitchen and searched for the flour to see how much did i left. 1.5kg. which mean i can make a lot of cupcake. After that went to wash up and everything. Went to buy butter, chocolate chip and eggs. I bought too much BUTTER! So sad!):
Anyway, baking was not my initial plan of the day. I wanted to go out with friend but because have not date anyone so i was fine with staying home and bake. Since i have not bake for a long time.
I spent half of my day standing near the oven. so sad!

The flour
First, you add suger and butter together and mix.
Second, you add eggs one by one and mix it.
Lastly, add cake flour in and mix.
Mix.

Time to eat it.
Hmmm. baking is not as easy as anyone think. It's not easy to make it soft yet crisp and nice. Of course, i have not up to that stage yet. But i learning. My cup-cake is hard and ugly. i dont know why. maybe the temperature and timing are wrong?! I dont know. Will check it out and do a better one next time. If i have the time, will bake again before 21 July 2008((: (Before the flour expire)
At night, Helped to do VoiceOut stuff like compiled the list of name. Lessen Jing Jie job. If not everytime, everything also he do.
Weird way of working. I know. But nothing i can do. (:
